Data deletion

Disconnect in the app

Open Accounts, choose the account and select Disconnect. Its access token, name, username, profile picture and IDs are deleted right away, together with its post history and metrics. Posts already on Instagram or Facebook stay there.

Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram

• Facebook: Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites.
• Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites.

Find Instagram Scheduler, select Remove, and choose to delete the data it holds. Meta sends us the request and we delete that account's data. You'll get a link back to this page with a confirmation code.

Delete your whole account

Email support@instagramscheduler.com from the address you signed up with. We delete your account, connected accounts, posts and media within 30 days. Billing records are kept only as long as tax law requires.
