Terms of service

The service

Instagram Scheduler lets you write posts, schedule them and publish them to Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages you connect. Publishing goes through Meta's official APIs, so it depends on Meta keeping them available. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Instagram or Facebook.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Only connect accounts and Pages you own or are authorized to manage. If you send a connect link to someone else, they connect their account to your workspace.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and post. You give us permission to store, process and send it to Instagram and Facebook only to provide the service. You're responsible for having the rights to your content and for following Instagram's and Facebook's terms and community guidelines. Don't use the service for spam, illegal content or to get around platform rules.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Fees aren't refundable except where the law requires. We'll tell you before prices change.

Availability and liability

We work to publish every post on time, but the service is provided "as is". A post can fail when a platform rejects it, an account loses access or an API is down; the app shows these failures so you can retry. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the service

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the platforms' rules. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.
